O Shot (Orgasm Shot) Ankara
The O Shot, also known as the orgasm shot, is a procedure performed at our Ankara clinic in which PRP (platelet-rich plasma) derived from the patient’s own blood is injected into the vaginal opening, around the clitoris, and the G-spot.
What is the O Shot (Orgasm Shot)?
The O Shot involves injecting PRP—platelet-rich plasma obtained by centrifuging the patient’s own blood—into the clitoral area and the G-spot. PRP increases blood flow in the area, enhancing sexual pleasure and facilitating orgasm. The procedure was first developed and trademarked by Dr. Charles Runels.
O Shot Procedure Steps
First, 15 cc of venous blood is drawn from the patient. The blood is processed through several centrifugation steps to obtain PRP. The prepared PRP is then injected into the vaginal opening, around the clitoris, and the G-spot.
How is the O Shot Administered?
The patient is prepared for the procedure. A local anesthetic cream is applied to the injection areas. PRP is then carefully injected using fine needles into the clitoris and surrounding area, the G-spot, the vaginal opening, and the anterior vaginal wall.
Post-Procedure Period
Patients can return to their daily activities the same day after the O Shot. Bathing and sexual intercourse are allowed. Mild bruising may occur at the injection sites. The effects typically appear within 3 weeks.
Is the O Shot a Risky Procedure?
The O Shot is not considered risky. Since PRP is prepared from the patient’s own blood under sterile conditions, there is no risk of side effects or complications.
Who is Suitable for the O Shot?
The O Shot is not recommended for pregnant patients or those who are menstruating. PRP can also be used to treat vaginal dryness related to menopause, lichen sclerosus, and urinary incontinence.
Treatments That Can Be Combined with the O Shot
The O Shot is often combined with vaginal laser treatments for enhanced results.
